In order to stabilize the workforce, help new employees better integrate into the corporate culture, adapt to the new environment, and facilitate the company to collect the voices of employees so as to provide them with more accurate support and help, a "new staff forum" was held on the afternoon of Aug. 16^th 2019, which was organized by SUND's labor union and administration department. The forum specially invited Huang Yin, the chairman of labor union, to communicate with the new staff face to face. The discussion and communication goes on pleasantly and warmly. Representatives expressed their opinions freely and shared their experieces and feelings after join in SUND actively. Meanwhile, they also put forward some suggestions and comments to the Company. In the stage of "Wish Journey" , small cards are provided to every attendees to write down their wishes in the new company. The tiny paper contains the wishes and expectation of new staff together with the responsibility and concern of SUND company to the new staff. The company will try to make their wishes come true. 

If the first stage "wish journey" helped everyone light up their hearts, then the games of the second stage openned their "door to happiness". In the two interactive games "Ice breaker" and "Treasure Hunt", the winning team shared the secret of the team's success: core command, reasonable division of labor, teamwork, speed first, and resource sharing. The "fruit squat" and "The King" games made the new staff out of shyness, and participated in the games one after another. Applause and laughter followed.

The new staff forum fully demonstrated that the company attached great importance to the new employees. The company leaders answered the doubts encountered by the new employees in work and life, and brought the new employees closer to the company. Found problems and explore new channels.
